I. Giới thiệu chung (General introduction):
– Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ, Đại học Đà Nẵng là đơn vị thành viên duy nhất của Đại học Đà Nẵng được giao nhiệm vụ đào tạo cử nhân Ngành Tiếng Việt và Văn hóa Việt Nam dành cho người nước ngoài từ năm 2006 đến nay. (University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang is the sole member unit of The University of Da Nang entrusted with the responsibility of offering bachelor’s degrees in Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Culture for foreigners from 2006 to the present.)
– Đội ngũ cán bộ giảng viên có kinh nghiệm lâu năm về triển khai giảng dạy, bồi dưỡng và đánh giá năng lực tiếng Việt, có bằng cấp về ngôn ngữ, ngôn ngữ học ứng dụng và kiểm tra đánh giá với 08 Phó Giáo sư-Tiến sĩ, 30 Tiến sĩ, 168 Thạc sĩ, 25 giảng viên chính, 08 giảng viên cao cấp và 04 Nhà giáo ưu tú. Trong đó, cán bộ tham gia công tác ra đề và chấm thi năng lực tiếng Việt gồm 26 cán bộ, giảng viên có trình độ thạc sĩ trở lên thuộc nhóm ngành Ngôn ngữ học, Văn học và văn hóa Việt Nam trong đó có 6 Phó giáo sư và 8 Tiến sĩ. (The team of lecturers and staff members has many years of experience in teaching, nurturing, and assessing Vietnamese language skills. They hold degrees in language, applied linguistics, and testing and assessment, comprising 8 Associate Professors, 30 Doctors, 168 Masters, 25 primary lecturers, 8 senior lecturers, and 4 outstanding teachers. Particularly noteworthy is the involvement of staff members in the development and grading of the Vietnamese language proficiency test, which includes 26 officials and lecturers holding master’s degrees or higher in the fields of Linguistics, Vietnamese Literature, and Culture. Among them are 6 Associate Professors and 8 Doctors.)
– Hàng năm, Nhà trường tiếp nhận và đào tạo hơn 200 lượt lưu học sinh các nước đến học Tiếng Việt và Văn hóa Việt Nam dành cho người nước ngoài. (Every year, the University receives and educates over 200 international students from various countries who come to study Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Culture for foreigners.)
II. Thông tin về khóa học (Information about the course):
1. Mục tiêu (Objectives):
– Cung cấp cho người học kiến thức về hệ thống từ vựng, ngữ pháp và phát âm ở mức độ thành thục liên quan đến các lĩnh vực đời sống xã hội (Provide learners with knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation systems related to various areas of social life at a proficient level);
– Người học được rèn luyện những kỹ năng về ngữ âm tiếng Việt, được cung cấp vốn từ vựng, cấu trúc câu từ đơn giản đến phức tạp, sử dụng những phương tiện diễn đạt tự nhiên và thông dụng của tiếng Việt. (Learners are trained in Vietnamese phonetic skills, provided with vocabulary and sentence structures ranging from simple to complex, and instructed in the natural and commonly used expressions of Vietnamese.)
2. Mô tả tổng quát (General description):
Chương trình dự bị tiếng Việt cung cấp cho người học kiến thức và kỹ năng thực hành tiếng Việt ở mức độ từ sơ cấp đến trung cấp tương đương trình độ tiếng Việt bậc 4 trong khung năng lực tiếng Việt 6 bậc dùng cho người nước ngoài, cụ thể: (The Vietnamese preparatory course provides learners with knowledge and practical skills in Vietnamese at levels ranging from elementary to intermediate, equivalent to level 4 in the 6-level Vietnamese language competency framework for foreigners. Specifically:)
– Sơ cấp (bậc 01 và 02): Hệ thống từ vựng và cấu trúc ngôn ngữ được sử dụng thường xuyên, liên quan đến nhu cầu giao tiếp cơ bản như: thông tin về bản thân, gia đình, đi mua hàng, hỏi đường, việc làm,.. (Elementary (level 1 and level 2): Vocabulary systems and language structures frequently used, relate to basic communication needs such as providing information about oneself, family, shopping, asking for directions, and employment.)
– Trung cấp (bậc 03 và 04): Hệ thống từ vựng và cấu trúc ngôn ngữ khá chuyên sâu về tiếng Việt để có thể áp dụng trong các tình huống giao tiếp xã hội, trong học tập tại bậc đại học và sau đại học cũng như công việc có sử dụng tiếng Việt là ngôn ngữ giao tiếp chính. (Intermediate (level 3 and level 4): The vocabulary systems and language structures become more specialized in Vietnamese, allowing application in various social communication situations, university and postgraduate studies, as well as occupations where Vietnamese serves as the primary communication language.)
3. Thời lượng đào tạo (Training duration): 600 giờ/mỗi khóa (600 hours/course)

– Giấy khám sức khoẻ có giá trị trong vòng 6 tháng tính từ thời điểm nộp hồ sơ (bản dịch công chứng tiếng Việt) (A health check issued within 6 months (accompanied by a notarized Vietnamese translation if issued in another language));
– Giấy khai sinh (bản dịch công chứng tiếng Việt) hoặc Giấy chứng nhận quan hệ gia đình (bản dịch công chứng tiếng Việt) (A birth certificate, or certificate of family relations (also requiring a notarized Vietnamese translation));
– Bảng điểm THPT (bản dịch công chứng tiếng Việt) (High School Transcript (with a notarized Vietnamese translation));
– Bằng Tốt nghiệp THPT (bản dịch công chứng tiếng Việt) (High School Graduation Certificate (with a notarized Vietnamese translation));
– Giấy phép lao động/ Thị thực/ Thẻ tạm trú tại Việt Nam (bản sao) (nếu có) (A copy of work permit/ visa/temporary residence card (if any));
– Hộ chiếu (bản sao) (A copy of your passport);
– 04 Ảnh 4×6 (phông nền trắng) (04 portrait pictures (4×6 size, white background)).

III. Các thông tin khác (Other information):
1. Thị thực (Visa):
– LHS cần phải có thị thực trước khi sang Việt Nam. (International students need to have a visa before coming to Vietnam.)
+ Đối với LHS Lào, Nhà trường sẽ hỗ trợ thủ tục xin công văn của Cục Quản lý Xuất Nhập cảnh, Bộ Công an cho phép LHS nhập cảnh (visa code) và gửi cho LHS thông qua các Sở Giáo dục và Thể thao các tỉnh Nam và Trung Lào để nhận visa tại cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao của Việt Nam tại Lào. (For Lao students, the University will assist in obtaining official letters from the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security, allowing international students to enter (visa code), and will send them to international students through the Departments of Training and Sport in the Southern and Central provinces of Laos for visa issuance at Vietnam’s diplomatic missions in Laos.)
+ Đối với các LHS khác, Nhà trường sẽ hỗ trợ thủ tục xin thị thực học tập (ký hiêu: DH) cho LHS (nếu LHS yêu cầu). (For other international students, the University will assist in the student visa application procedure (Type: DH) if requested by the students.)
– Kinh phí cho việc cấp thị thực do LHS tự chi trả. (The cost for the visa is to be borne by the international students themselves.)
2. Cấp chứng chỉ Đánh giá năng lực tiếng Việt (Certificate of Vietnamese language proficiency Test issue): Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ đã được Cục Quản lý Chất lượng, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo cho phép tổ chức thi đánh giá năng lực Tiếng Việt theo khung năng lực Tiếng Việt dùng cho người nước ngoài qua Công văn số 1402/QLCL-QLT của Bộ GD&ĐT ngày 05/10/2022. (University of Foreign Language Studies is authorized by the Education Quality Management Agency of the Ministry of Education and Training to administer the Vietnamese language proficiency test according to the Vietnamese competency framework for foreigners, as per Official Dispatch No. 1402/QLCL-QLT dated October 5, 2022.)

– Có 83 phòng học các loại, 18 trung tâm nghiên cứu và thực hành trong đó có 05 phòng thực nghiệm văn hóa và ngôn ngữ của các nước, và 01 trung tâm học liệu với 20.120 đầu sách, và hơn 50.000 bản sách. (There are 83 classrooms of all types, 18 research and practice centers, including 05 cultural and linguistic laboratory of different countries, and 01 learning resource center with 20,120 books, and more than 50,000 copies of books.)
